Every project begins with a meeting with our client to discuss the subject matter.
We then develop a story board and research the subject matter, photography locations and content. Aerial Perspective also handles and manages text and page design, location of photographs throughout the book, book size, cover design, paper weight, color plates, manufacturing, and quality control of photos, text, paper, cover and shipping, as well as recommendations of wholesale price. We work with our clients from the beginning to the end of every project, and clients’ input is always extremely important to us.
Photography
Before a single photo is taken we meet with you to make sure we understand your needs and work with you to plan out our shooting schedule.
Once we have your image collection together we create a storyboard to block out your book. This is where you first begin to see the shape of your book.
After we have your images chosen and pages blocked out, we create a design for your book. This includes all the little things that complete the look and feel of your publication and can relly help enhance your images.
Our publishing company specializes in publishing custom pictorial (coffee table) books using only freelance writers and designers. Not only do we publish our own books, we also provide completely customized packaging of books and photography according to the express direction of our customers.
Gilded Glory was Aerial Perspective’s first book published, and 5,000 copies have been sold to date.
